My Fit 100 Days is the program designed to help you discover this!
This limited fitness program will bring your entire well-being into focus through your personal 100 day journey. You can begin your fitness adventure anytime in January 2021.
Your 100-days will start with a complete assessment of your goals as well as identifying your best path moving forward. From there you will have daily interaction and scheduled practice with your coach and complete attention towards advancing to your goals.
You do not need any exercise equipment and you will not peddled nutritional supplements or diet programs. This program is 100% about daily focus, exercise, and achievement.
Programs are offered for both in-person @home coaching or remote coaching. This program is limited to 8 participants.
