This run-centric small group training program will help you achieve these results safely and efficiently.  Instead of "just going out for a run," start training more effectively so that your miles matter and you start seeing very real results from your efforts! 
The group will meet twice a week (Tues/Thurs 6AM) at Somerset Lake, Landenberg, PA.

In the course of 10 short weeks you will improve your running mechanics, accelerate your performance, increase your fitness, and decrease your potential for chronic running-related injuries.
