PREPARE
ADVENTURE READY.
YOU BOOKED THE ADVENTURE. NOW PREPARE FOR IT.
Six hyper-focused weeks built around the specific physical demands of your adventure.
2x · 3x weekly
DON’T JUST GET THERE. BE READY FOR IT.
You’ve planned the trip. Booked the dates. Maybe bought the gear.
But the experience you have when you arrive will depend, in part, on what your body is ready to handle.
The climb. The miles. The elevation. The uneven terrain. The long days. The recovery—and getting up the next morning to do it again.
Adventure Ready is about preparing now so you can enjoy more of the experience when you get there.
WHAT DOES YOUR ADVENTURE REQUIRE?
We don't just “get you in shape.” We reverse-engineer the adventure.
Every adventure asks something different of your body. Hiking in the Alps is different from a week of skiing. A cycling trip is different from trekking at altitude. Kayaking, backpacking, climbing or a long-distance event each place their own demands on your strength, endurance, mobility and resilience.
We train for yours.
THIS ISN’T SIX WEEKS OF RANDOM WORKOUTS.
IT’S SIX WEEKS OF PURPOSEFUL PREPARATION.
1. ASSESS — Where are you physically today? We look at strength, mobility, endurance, balance and any limitations that could affect the adventure.
2. ANALYZE —
What will
your particular adventure demand?
Terrain, elevation, duration, equipment, repeated days of activity and recovery all matter.
3. PREPARE — We progressively build the strength, mobility, endurance, balance and resilience those demands require.
4. ARRIVE READY — You enter the experience knowing you've prepared your body for what's ahead.
TRAIN FOR THE ADVENTURE BEFORE THE ADVENTURE.
Stairs. Hills. Packs. Uneven surfaces. Sustained effort. Getting up and down from the ground. Carrying. Climbing. Descending. Recovering.
If your adventure is going to ask it of you, we'll find a way to prepare for it.

SIX WEEKS. ONE DESTINATION.
ARRIVE READY.
IS SIX WEEKS ENOUGH?
Six weeks can make a meaningful difference—but the sooner you start preparing, the better.
Adventure Ready isn't designed to turn six months of preparation into six weeks.
It's designed to take the time we have and use it intelligently.
We'll identify where you are now, determine what your adventure is going to ask of you, and focus our training on the areas that will matter most when you get there.
The goal isn't to become an athlete in six weeks.
The goal is to arrive more prepared than you are today.
YOU'VE ALREADY SAID YES TO THE ADVENTURE.
Now make sure your body is ready to come along.
Adventure Ready may be right for you if you're preparing for:
Hiking or trekking · Skiing · Cycling · Backpacking · Paddling · Climbing · Adventure travel · Multi-day trips · Endurance events · Or something uniquely yours.
You don't need to be an athlete.
You don't need to already be “in shape.”
You just need something worth preparing for.
WHAT'S YOUR NEXT ADVENTURE?
Tell me where you're going and what you're planning to do.
We'll talk about what the experience will demand, where you are today, and how we can use the next six weeks to prepare your body for it.
