In the course of 10 short weeks you will improve your running mechanics, accelerate your performance, increase your fitness, and decrease your potential for chronic running-related injuries.
- Limited to 10 participants
- 10-week small group training - Tues/Thurs mornings, 6AM - 7AM, March 20 - May 29 (no practice Tuesday April 17th).
